Our goal is to guarantee you the best delivery time. Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 10 am, is shipped the same day if all products are indicated in stock. You can check the availability on the product sheet. If it is indicated available in x days, it means that we will be supplied by our supplier under this time in working days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping à from € of order for France métropolitaine. Free shipping is done by So Colissimo for standard orders and by Chronopost for ski and snowboard orders.

Pricing policy

Postage charges are calculated according to the price of your order.However, we offer free postage for people who come to collect their order directly from our store located in L'Alpe d'Huez
We work with So Colissimo (a service provided by the French Post Office) and Chronopost.
So Colissimo, it's a 48 hour delivery in France Métropolitaine.

This service, provided by La Poste, offers you 2 delivery solutions:

-      To your home between 8am and 1pm

You will be informed by email of the delivery day at least 24 hours before . Your package is delivered to you by hand or delivered to your mailbox. If the size of the parcel does not allow the delivery in a mailbox, it is given to the post office closest to your home. Your letter carrier will leave a notice with the date and address of the post office where you can pick up your parcel upon presentation of your identity document.

-      At your retailer

A network of 5500 merchants at your service. You receive an email informing you of the availability of the package. You just have to present the email and an identity document to your shopkeeper to collect the parcel. So colissimo sends you a reminder sms if the parcel has not been collected within 5 days. You have a period of 10 working days to withdraw your package. After this time, your package will be returned to us.
