The narrowest Blaze model (86 mm wide at the base) is available in four lengths and offers an ideal combination of gliding flexibility and light weight. In addition to its proven 3D Radius Sidecut, the Blaze 86 features a wood core running the entire length of the ski, from tip to tail.
This construction not only reduces weight and increases the ski's liveliness, but also avoids the use of plastic inserts - a modest yet positive environmental benefit.
Thanks to suspension elements integrated into the tip and tail contours, this model can cope with unfavorable blown-snow conditions. The elastic rubber material applied to the tip and heel acts as a shock absorber, ensuring greater resistance to disturbance and optimized flotation. The Blaze series is primarily designed to negotiate short, fast turns.
However, its three different radii of curvature, combined in particular with the hybrid multi-layer wood core extending from tip to tail, are suitable for all types of glide and all uses, even the most ambitious.
