Some tips for a successful purchase of snowboard goggles :

-The categories of screens :

There are 3 categories:

• S1: for bad weather. They have light colors that improve the luminosity, orange or purple for a better vision of the relief.
• S2 : for a mixed weather, alternating clouds and sun. They have colors of glasses (red, purple, blue or brown) a little more darkened to protect you your eyes of the sun but also to allow you to see in weak luminosity (clouds).
• S3 : For a sunny weather : the screens made up of very dark glasses (red, purple, blue or brown) will ensure you a comfort of sight while protecting you from the dazzling during very sunny days. They are often mirrored (iridium) for better UV protection.

-Photochromic screens:

Small revolution in the world of masks, the photochromic (called "sensitive" at Scott or "modulator" at Bollé). They change colour according to the light, covering 2 or 3 categories, while maintaining optimum vision. Result: 1 mask for all weather!

-Foams :

The comfort of a mask depends on the quality of the foam. On the first prices, we generally find 1 density of foam, while going up in range, we find 2 or 3 density of foams, which give more comfort while marking less the face.

-The look :

Very important to match with your outfit, but it's up to you!
