How Shipping Costs Work
Delivery
Our goal is to guarantee the best delivery times. Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 10 AM will be shipped the same day if all products are indicated as in stock (delivered within 24h). You can check availability on the product page. If it is indicated as available within x days (delivered within 5 days for example), this means we will be restocked by our supplier, and the package will be delivered according to the indicated timeframe.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping starting from 300 € per order for mainland France. Free delivery is carried out by So Colissimo for standard orders and by Chronopost for ski and snowboard orders.
Pricing Policy
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total of your order. However, we offer free shipping for customers who pick up their order directly at our store located in L'Alpe d'Huez.
We work with So Colissimo (a service provided by La Poste) and Chronopost.
So Colissimo delivers within 48h in mainland France.
This service, provided by La Poste, offers you 2 delivery solutions:
- To your home between 8 AM and 1 PM
You will be informed by email of the delivery day at least 24h in advance. Your package will be handed over in person or delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too large to fit in your mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest post office. Your postman will leave a notice mentioning the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package with an ID.
You have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us. So Colissimo will send you a reminder email if the package has not been collected within 6 days.
- At your retailer
A network of 5500 retailers at your service. You will receive an email informing you of the availability of your package. Simply present the email and an ID to collect it. So Colissimo will send you a reminder SMS if the package has not been collected within 5 days. You have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, it will be returned to us.
Chronopost delivers the day after your order anywhere in mainland France to your home, workplace, or a pickup point. Delivery is made by a private driver. Your package will be handed over against a signature.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left inviting you to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
