Drawing inspiration from the surf/skate heritage of snowboarding, EST® technology transcends classic bindings and allows you to better connect with your snowboard. By eliminating the ramp angle of your outsole, EST technology lowers your center of gravity, improves the feel of your snowboard and creates a sensation more akin to surfing/skateboarding. All without sacrificing an ounce of cushioning thanks to its ultra-efficient shock-absorbing B 3 gel inserts.
The Snugger ankle strap, located on the outside of the shell, is designed to enhance comfort and is controlled by a BOA H4 knob that makes it easy to adjust the stiffness or front flex of the boot when you're hitting the slopes, and to get a softer fit when you're on the lifts between runs.
