Built for the long haul, the K2 Waive snowboard boot is designed for those long days on the skin track.
We've packed the Waive with the best division-specific features - and it starts at the sole. Our vibration-damping Harshmellow ™ material is wrapped in a full Vibram® V5 outsole - durable, lightweight and grippy. A cleat-compatible heel stabilizer helps keep your heel aligned on the way up and offers extra security on the way down. We've modified our Endo™ Construction heel counter to allow the K2 Waive snowboard boot to have a designated walking mode. By releasing the BOA® dial, this will allow the boot's calf panel to open up, giving you the option of a longer stride down the skin track but all the stability in the world you need for the descent.
A traditional lace, Power Strap outer strap and lace cover keep you secure and snow out. It goes without saying, but the magic starts from the inside, our Intuition® Pro foam liner with Spaceheater™ is warm, comfortable and thermoformable. A comfortable, customizable Conda ™ heel retention device keeps your foot position comfortable and eliminates the stress of heel lift when the terrain gets a little spicy.
