Its shell is based on HYBRID SHELL construction to reduce weight and bulk. The 360° edge protection not only looks great, but also protects the internal structure of the helmet from wear and tear.
Thanks to the 360° RTS FIT SYSTEM, the helmet conforms to the shape of the head and is perfectly centered, providing optimal fit, high comfort and a no-slip, no-slip fit. The two-position MarkAIR ventilation system with slider allows you to regulate the temperature of the helmet at any time.
It also allows air to circulate around the goggles, preventing fogging.
The elastic goggle band is secured with a new and improved mounting clip with reduced mounting height, so you won't lose your goggles. The chinstrap features the proven FIDLOCK quick-release system, which can be used with one hand, even with thick gloves, making it easier to put on and take off the helmet.
In addition, the helmet now features 3D-molded SoGnar ear cushions that allow for different configurations depending on temperature, head shape, and the use of prescription glasses or sunglasses.
Each of these configurations offers significantly improved hearing comfort over previous models. of course, the SoGnar ear cushions are fully removable. The Ampire 2 comes with two interchangeable and washable inner liners: an Xdry liner with high sweat absorption capacity and a softer, warmer fleece variant. Both models are easily removable.
