A tribute to the surf roots of snowboarding and the Japanese concept of snowsurfing from the early 1990s.
A split fish, shaped by Xavier De Le Rue, available in one size to simplify everyone's life and whose sliding surface is comparable to that of the XV 163.
Equipped with AmpTek Elite, L.I.T.E.
Grip, L.I.T.E.
Frame and Rad-Cut technologies to manage the grip, both on the way up and on the way down, and to adapt the width of the board to the snow conditions, the terrain and, more generally, to the needs of each rider, the XV Sushi Split is aimed at intermediate to expert riders, male or female, who dream of trees and powder.
Note: XV Split blades (145mm), skins and bindings are sold separately.
Explosive pop and stability
The AmpTek Elite profile is a combination of positive camber over 60% of the effective edge length and rocker, or negative camber, over the remaining 60%, significantly improving edge hold, pop and stability
Ultra smooth glide
The L.I.T.E.
Frame construction incorporates a urethane strip around the perimeter of the board's core to absorb shock throughout the entire length of the board and provide a smooth ride
Smooth back-edge-to-front-edge transitions
The RadCut is a unique combination of positive, or classic, curve radii between the feet and multiple inverted radii at the exit of the inserts, allowing the board's contact point with the snow to move with the rider's speed in real time and optimize the trajectory at all times.
The board becomes more maneuverable at lower speeds and more stable at higher speeds.
Control and maneuverability
Reverse directional flex provides controlled power, precise trajectory control and comfort for maximum all-mountain versatility
All-terrain versatility
Intermediate flex for increased stability and ease of use on all terrain
Future-proof construction
Each part of the split is designed like a ski with a specific wood and Aramid assembly, peripheral edges, torsion box and Basalt fiber reinforcements along the carrying edges
Sustainable development approach
100% of Rossignol snowboard wood cores come from sustainably harvested forests
