The Rise Above 88 with 3D Radius Sidecut technology is the most versatile ski in the new line of touring skis.
Its strengths lie in both its climbing and descending performance. The multi-layer wood core combined with the isocore offers a light weight (1,186 g for a length of 170 cm) and ensures a stable yet smooth glide.
The tip of the 3D radius design is particularly resistant to disturbances, especially in wind-blown snow conditions. The sidecut geometry allows for maximum liveliness and maneuverability in narrow passages, while the full-length edge enhances the stability and strength of the ski.
A wider boot width combined with a moderate width in the tip and tail areas gives the ski optimized control while allowing the skier to produce less effort, even when touring with heavy luggage. The Rise Above 88 is of course equipped with the Smart Skin Clip system, which allows the use of Fibre Tech or Smart Glue skins.
