I would like to return a product, what should I do?

You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to return your product. To do so, please log in to your customer account and submit a return request via the "Product Return" section. No return requests will be processed by phone. You have 14 days to send us the product once your return request has been submitted.

In order for your return to be accepted, you must comply with the following 4 conditions:
- Submit the return request via your customer account as indicated above.
- The request must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and the products must be received by our service no later than 15 days after your request.
- The product(s) must not have been used.
- The product(s) must not have been customized (see Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code). Therefore, a pair of skis on which bindings have been screwed cannot be returned to us.
