Delivery

Our goal is to guarantee you the fastest delivery times. Any order placed from Monday to Friday before 10 AM is shipped the same day if all products are listed as in stock (delivered to you within 24 hours). You can check the availability on the product page depending on the size chosen. If it is indicated as available within X days (for example, delivered to you within 5 days), the package will be delivered according to the indicated timeframe.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over € for metropolitan France. Free delivery is provided by DPD for standard orders and for ski and snowboard orders. You also have the option of using La Poste Colissimo and DPD relay points.

Pricing Policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total of your order. However, we offer free shipping for customers who pick up their order directly at our store located in L'Alpe d'Huez.

We work with So Colissimo and DPD.

Via DPD, your package is shipped within 24/48 hours. Your package will be delivered directly to you or placed in your mailbox. If the package is too large for the mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest DPD office or relay point.

    At your local DPD relay shop.

A network of merchants at your service. You will receive an email informing you of the package's availability. Simply present the email and an ID to your merchant to collect the package. DPD will send you an SMS or email reminder if the package has not been collected within 5 days. You have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

So Colissimo provides delivery within 48 hours in metropolitan France.

This service, offered by La Poste, provides two delivery options:

-       To your home between 8 AM and 2 PM

You will be informed by email at least 24 hours before delivery. Your package will be handed to you directly or delivered to your mailbox. If the package is too large for the mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest post office.

Your mail carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating the date and address of the post office where you can collect your package with an ID.
You have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us. So Colissimo will send you a reminder email if the package has not been collected within 6 days.

-       At your local relay shop

A network of 5,500 merchants at your service. You will receive an email informing you of the package's availability. Simply present the email and an ID to your merchant to collect the package. So Colissimo will send an SMS reminder if the package has not been collected within 5 days. You have 10 business days to collect your package. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
