What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives ?

If you are not home on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating where you can pick up your package or will contact you directly by phone to arrange a new delivery date.
In any case, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the delivery so that you can plan accordingly.
