How can I track the status of my order?

To know the status of the processing and shipment of your order, simply log in to your account on Snow-Concept.com and go to the "My Orders" section.
If your order has the status "Shipped," you will then see a tracking number as well as the name of the carrier responsible for delivering your order. You just need to visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to find out where your package currently is.

Once we have handed your order over to our carrier, we do not have any more information than what you will find on the carrier's website with your tracking number.

We cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur after shipment, as the transport is not directly managed by Snow Concept but by a specialized professional (such as Colissimo or DPD).
