The Rise Up 82 is the model of choice for any skier who is looking for a ski that performs well on the uphill, but also offers very good downhill properties. This ski is the first to feature the 3D Radius Sidecut technology that was previously reserved exclusively for Völkl freeride and all-mountain models such as the Kanjo and Deacon.
This type of construction combines three different radii of curvature that follow each other in a smooth flow. The behavior of the ski in turns is adapted to the dominant radius of curvature, which is dependent on the edge angle.
The result is a ski that impresses with its particularly smooth glide at high speeds and its high resistance to disturbances, even in demanding downhill conditions.
The particularly light multi-layer wood core produces a ski with an incredibly low weight and reliable downhill performance. A full-length edge gives this ski stability and strength.
