The K2 Trance is a do-it-all snowboard boot with tons of technology and a dual-zone BOA® fit system and equipped with a lace cover to protect your laces from the edges of your board and anything else that might come into play.
It all starts with our This Grips!™ outsole - two different densities of rubber are strategically placed to ensure the best possible grip. A full-EVA midsole is backed with our impact-resistant Harshmellow™, helping to reduce vibration and soften the toughest landings. Less ankle vibration means your feet feel comfortable and fresh all day long.
Inside, our multi-density Control Foam sockliner features heat-moldable foam from Intuition®. An industry leader, Intuition® foam is lightweight, durable, warm and has excellent memory, meaning it molds to the shape of your foot and stays there. It's wrapped in our 3-point harness, which holds your ankle in place for stability and reduces heel lift for better board control. Our patented Endo™ construction allows this snowboard boot to be extremely lightweight.
Replacing a traditional boot heel counter with an injected poly material allows us to modify the Trance's flex and rebound without adding extra weight. Endo™ construction = lightness and stability. A two-zone BOA® Fit system allows users to adjust the upper and bottom of the snowboard boot independently of each other, adapting to more foot shapes than a standard single-zone BOA® boot normally would.
